Map won't load
If a venue map shows a blank tile area, an error, or never finishes loading, try these steps.
1. Check your connection
Map tiles are served live and need an internet connection. Maps don't work offline — confirm you have signal.
2. Confirm the venue has a postcode or pin
A map needs either a postcode on the venue record or a saved map pin to centre on. Go to Venues, open the venue, and check the Post Code field. If it's blank, add it (see Adding a venue).
3. Pull down to refresh
If the map opened but tiles are missing, pull down on the map view to force a refresh.
4. Browser location permission (optional)
If you're trying to use My Location on Intelligence or to centre the map on where you are, your browser needs location permission. Reset it from your phone settings if it was previously denied.
