Sessions

Catch Timeline

The Catch Timeline shows every catch you've logged in a session in the order it happened — a chronological strip you can scan during the session and review afterwards on the Session Detail page.

Where it appears

  • During a live session — The timeline appears on the live session screen if Catch Timeline is enabled in Profile → App Settings → Session Features. New catches slot in at the top as you log them.
  • After the session — Open any past session from Sessions → History and the timeline is shown alongside the keepnet grid and stats.

What each entry shows

Each row on the timeline shows:

  • The time the catch was logged
  • Species
  • Weight (in lb/oz or kg/g, depending on your setting)
  • The rod the catch was attributed to (if Rod Roost is enabled)
  • A photo thumbnail (if you attached one)

Editing from the timeline

Tap any entry to open the catch detail. From there you can edit the weight, species, photo, or rod attribution, or delete the catch entirely. Changes are reflected immediately in the keepnet display, the running total, and any in-session statistics.

Why use it

The timeline is the fastest way to see how a session is shaping up — long quiet spells, productive bursts, and the rhythm of your bites all become obvious at a glance. After the session it pairs well with the cast timeline to spot which approaches produced your best fish.
