Creating your account

To create your account

1. Open CatchMate at app.catchmate.fish
2. Tap Create Account
3. Enter your email address — a verification code will be sent to it
4. Check your inbox and enter the verification code
5. Choose a password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it
6. Tap Create Account — you'll land on the home screen

Signing in on future visits

1. Open CatchMate at app.catchmate.fish
2. Enter your email and password
3. Tap Sign In

Forgot your password

Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Enter your email address and a reset code will be sent to your inbox. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you're back in.

Installing as an app on your phone

CatchMate is a Progressive Web App (PWA). After signing in, tap Add to Home Screen from your browser's share menu to install it like a native app. See the Installing CatchMate on your phone article for step-by-step instructions per device.

Switching between Coarse and Specimen

If your account covers both disciplines, use the discipline selector on the home screen to switch between them. Sessions, catches, and analytics are kept completely separate per discipline.
