• Weight over time chart (line graph)
• Sessions per month (bar chart)

All weights are displayed in lb/oz or kg/g according to your unit setting (Profile → App Settings → Appearance → Weight Unit).

Exporting data

You can copy charts or screenshot the dashboard for personal records. For a full data export, go to Profile → App Settings → Data → Export data to download every session and catch as a JSON file.
